Service Delivery

Domain / Hosting / Dedicated Server / Colocation

Service is available within 1 - 3 days after payment is confirmed. However, client is responsible to confirm each service delivery lead time before placing the order. Sometimes it takes more than weeks if there is no stock.

BGP Server

A change of ASN with a valid LOA are required before starting the setup. Upstreams can take 3 days to 1 month for announcement of IPs. If client does not require to have the IPs announced to all upstreams, the lead time can be shorter than 1 month.

Onsite setup

Appointment with WeHostHK is required.

Hardware Purchase

Dell server takes 10 - 20 working days for delivery to client office / data center. For other hardware, the lead time is not fixed.
